■ステイトメント■
人間のあらゆる感覚の中で視覚というものは特に、生きていく上で私たちと密接に関係し影響を受けるものだと思います。
そしてその取り入れられたイメージ（像）をきっかけとして再び新しいものが生まれたり消えたり、
もしくは組み合わされたり変換されたりしながら私たちの生活の中でその存在は流転されていきます。
それはただの情報やイメージで終わるものかもしれませんが、私たちの内外へかなりの影響を及ぼすものだとあらためて感じるようになりました。
見るというその一連の行為は自分や他人を含めた「その人」のためにあります。
これは誰にも介入できないその人にとっての特別なものだと感じています。
見るという当たり前でとてつもなく不思議なこの現象から生まれる存在や認識の謎についてもっと深く知りたいと思い現在まで制作を続けています。
作品を通して自身が見ているものについて何か気付けるきっかけとなることができれば私としては本望です。
Among all human senses, vision in particular is something
that is closely related to and influenced by us in our lives.
The images that are incorporated in these works are used as a trigger for new things to be born,
to disappear, to be combined, to be transformed, and their existence is constantly changing in our lives.
It may be just information or images, but I feel once again
that it has a significant impact on both inside and outside of us.
The series of acts of seeing is for the "person" including oneself
and others. I feel that this is something special for the person who can't intervene with anyone.
I want to know more about the mystery of existence
and perception that arises from this natural and incredible phenomenon of seeing.
It would be my hope if the work could be an opportunity to notice something about what I see.
在人类所有的感觉中，视觉是与我们息息相关并受到影响的东西。
关于“像”，当一个人看到某个对象的时候，那个对象就会被吸收并持续存在于那个人的体内。
即使在多人的情况下观察同一对象，存在的事物也会从原来的对象物变化，以各自的形态存在。
“看”这一连串的行为是为了包括自己和他人在内的“那个人”而存在的。我觉得这对任何人都无法介入的那个人来说是特别的。
“看”这种理所当然却又不可思议的现象中产生的存在和认识的谜团，我想要更深入地了解它，所以一直制作到现在。
如果能通过作品让自己注意到自己所看到的东西的话，那是我的愿望。

中村美津穂 Mizuho Nakamura
1994年生まれ。
東京都出身。
視覚や見るということを主なテーマとして作品を制作しています。
私が制作を続ける動機には「私は何を見ているのか」という捉えがたい疑問が自分の根底に存在しているためです。
制作を通して私達の見るという行為から生まれる認識や現象の不思議さ、新しい感覚について探っています。
見るとはどういうことなのか、そのことに少しでも近づけるように制作を続けています。

The reason why I continue to make works is that I have an elusive question,
"what am I looking at?" Through my work, I explore the mystery of perception
and phenomena that arise from the act of seeing, and new senses.
I continue to make artwork to get closer to what it means to see.
1994年出生在东京。
以视觉和观看为主要主题来制作作品。
我继续创作的动机是“我在看什么”，这个难以捉摸的疑问一直存在于我的骨子里。
通过制作，我们探索从观看的行为中产生的认识和现象的不可思议，以及新的感觉。
“看”到底是什么呢?为了尽可能地接近那个，我在不断地制作。
