■ステイトメント■
海の向こう側、遠くに見える地平線のさらに遠く、あるいは見過ごされがちな景色、
そしてわたしたちのいる地点との距離を絵画の中にとどめるように制作しています。
そのように景色を見つめていると、海や空はひとつに繋がっていて、境界がないことに気づきます。
鳥が遠くを飛んでいき、やがて見えなくなる。そこには境界はなく、風や大気が私たちを守っています。
どんなに小さな命も、私たちと同じように大気に守られ、私たちの命と等しい存在であること。
当たり前でありすぎることですが、未だ分断が続く現代社会において、その当たり前のことを絵にしたいです。
鳥たちは空を懐とし、様々な花々の受粉を助け、森を育み、平然と境界を越えていきます。
当たり前にある、ひとつの世界に、透き通る広がりを自在に描くように。
そのようなまなざしで、世界を観察し、制作しています。
I capture in my paintings the distance between the other side of the sea,
the horizon that can be seen in the distance, the scenery that is often overlooked,
and the place where we are.
Looking at the scenery like this,
you will notice that the sea and sky are connected and have no boundaries.
The bird flew in the distance and then disappeared.
There are no boundaries; the wind and the atmosphere protect us.
No matter how small a life is,
it is protected by the atmosphere just like ours and equal to our life.
This is a matter of course, but in the modern society where division is continuing,
I want to create a picture of such a matter of course.
Birds take advantage of the sky,
help pollinate a variety of flowers, grow forests,
and calmly cross borders as if to freely depict a transparent expanse in a single world that is commonplace.
With this perspective, I observe and create the world.
海的另一边，远处地平线的更远处，或者容易被忽视的景色，以及我们所在的地点之间的距离都停留在绘画中。
这样凝视着景色，就会发现大海和天空是连为一体的，没有边界。
鸟飞得很远，不久就看不见了。
那里没有边界，风和大气在保护着我们。
再小的生命也和我们一样受到大气的保护，就像我们的生命一样。
虽然这是理所当然的事情，但在分裂仍在持续的现代社会，我想把这种理所当然的事情画出来。
鸟儿们以天空为怀，帮助各种各样的花朵授粉，培育森林，泰然自若地越过边界。
在理所当然的一个世界里，自由自在地描绘出通透的广阔。
用这样的眼光观察世界，制作世界。
